  • Do you offer repotting services?

We are more than happy to help you repot your plants. Fees will vary depending on size and complexity of the project but typically range from $5-$25. We will also assess the roots and prune your plant as needed.

  • What if my flowers or plants are dying?

We offer a guarantee on all florals for 72 hours. After this period we cannot provide a refund or replacement. We guarantee plants for up to 5 days after purchase. Temperature, humidity, sunlight, water, and more can affect both the survival of flowers and plants and once they leave our shop that is out of our control.

  • What do I do to make my flowers last as long as possible?

Make sure that your flowers have clean water and change the water as needed. A fresh cut every few days will also help prolong the life as well as making sure they are not sitting in extreme heat or sunlight. Remove flowers as they die as they can introduce bacteria into the water that will cause the rest of the blooms to prematurely die.
